Steve Bussey is a highly driven and self-motivating individual and it is this drive, along with his passion for helping people to be the very best they can be, that led him to set up Mindstrong Ltd.  When he started, his vision for Mindstrong was:

Alistair has enjoyed a highly successful career in sales, marketing and training, positions held include Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Director, Partner Enablement Manager, Senior Design Consultant and Global Head of Education.  Having started his career in the IT security industry, Alistair has worked for Checkpoint, Sophos, Johnsons, Vision-IQ, Vodafone, O2, Antalis, Fugro, Millward Brown, Mediacom, GE, Facebook, LinkedIn, Sabre Travel Network and Intel.

Alistair has experience in strategic marketing, business-to-business direct sales, channel sales, sales operations, online and offline education and management coaching.

Having launched a successful business in the UK for the French company Vision IQ, Alistair was subsequently made Head of Sales for North America. Alistair was part of a change management team that turned Johnsons from decline into growth and as Global Head of Education for Sophos, he helped Sophos achieve 30% annual growth by implementing sales skills and product training and designing and launching their Global Partner Education Program.
