What is it?

Kicking off (the pun is intentional) with a 1/2 day session with the leader, an intensive 2-day programme for the entire team then follows, in which your coach will help your team to; identify those aspects of team performance that are holding the team back, clearly define the team’s vision and goals and put in place a structured plan for achieving and measuring those goals.

What is it?

We challenge individuals to look more objectively at their own performance within the wider context of the team; unlocking individual potential to achieve both individual and team excellence.  Each team member benefits from six, 90 minute one to one coaching sessions. We also offer teams the opportunity to add 360° Assessments to their coaching process (for more, click here).

What does it cost?

Pricing will be dependent on how many are in your team and the number and length of coaching sessions required. To maximise the cost effectiveness of the programme, our coaches can coach up to 5 people a day, at a cost of £2000 per day. A typical programme would offer 6 coaching sessions, per person, over 6 – 9 months. This price includes initial consultation with the leader.

What are the benefits?

High Performance Team Coaching is an excellent talent development tool. Because the focus is on unlocking individual potential to achieve team success, Team Coaching can ‘highlight’ those individuals with leadership capabilities. Depending on your specific requirements, our Meeting Planning and Facilitation can cover any or all of the following:

  • Presentation skills training for your speakers.
  • Icebreakers and energisers throughout the course of the event, in which our facilitators will have your audience up and out of their seats, taking part in quick challenges designed to get people thinking and keep them engaged.

What is it?

Mindstrong’s Team Execution Survey is for teams and organisations who want to be better at what they do.  It will tell you what you’re doing well and where you need to concentrate your efforts if you want to improve performance, productivity and effectiveness.  It can be distributed to a selected team (or teams), or to the entire organisation. The survey is completed electronically and to maintain anonymity and ensure respondents are as open and honest as possible, all responses are sent to us.  We’ll then provide you with a report, and not one that requires a degree in advanced statistics to understand!  Our report breaks down responses by individual question, by the 6 core performance measures and even allows you to see how your scores compare with the average score and the top 10% performing organisations.

What does it cost?

There is a standard set up fee of £1000 (+VAT), plus then a £10 (+VAT) per person fee. Your overall cost will include the initial consultation (1/2 day session), distribution, collection and collation of the responses, the report detailing your scores and the report feedback session with your business coach.

Mindstrong’s Limitless Thinking Programme unlocks the creative potential of your team.  We are all capable of more than we deliver, but our potential for creativity and innovation is constrained by many factors.  By removing these factors, we open the door to Limitless Thinking, building trust and mutual appreciation, improving the way your team work together and getting them to focus on potential, rather than limits.  The programme is based on 3 Core Principles;

  1. Team Beats Genius – Most of us tend to think of creativity and innovation as individual actions; conjuring up images of the mad inventor, working undisturbed in his workshop.  Since every individual has the potential for greatness, Limitless Thinking works on the basis that getting a group of individuals to work collaboratively together will multiply that potential infinitely.

This programme is run in-house, at your premises. (If you prefer, an alternative venue can be arranged.) The cost of the programme is £2000 (+VAT) for up to 12 people and includes all course materials.
